Below is a guide on how to take your measurements using a measuring tape. Once you have your measurements in check, you can find the size in the tables under each brand. Keep in mind that the material can determine how the garment fits, e.g. jersey is stretchable.
Feel free to get help from someone you know if you find it difficult to measure yourself. Pay close attention to inseam length and seat when buying trousers, as well as chest and bust measurements when buying a jacket. Remember that these are body measurements – so the best is to measure yourself in underwear.
If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a string and then measure the length of the string with a ruler.
