Båstadgruppen wins DVH Prize 2025 with groundbreaking technology
Båstadgruppen Norge AS has won the prestigious DVH Award 2025 for the most innovative product of the year with the Guardio Army safety helmet.

The award was presented at TESS's Industriens Markedsplass, Norway's only special exhibition for products in operation and maintenance. The jury highlighted the helmet's groundbreaking combination of MIPS technology, NFC scanner and automatic accident warning as the decisive factors behind the award.
"Båstadgruppen Norge AS with Guardio Armet shows that protective equipment can be both modern, innovative and economically profitable. They have created a product that sets a new standard for safety in the construction industry," says Terje Fagervik, chairman of the jury.
The upcoming Armet PRO helmet is the first of its kind with intelligent technology that can detect falls, analyze consequences and automatically alert if necessary. It is equipped with the sophisticated Quin system and Mips® technology, which makes it possible to measure movements 1,000 times per second. In the event of a hard impact, the helmet can automatically send a message directly to the emergency services for quick action.
